GEM Cutter is an XML document editor that has been developed to facilitate the transformation of guideline information from textual clinical guidelines into GEM II formatted XML. GEM documents can be displayed and manipulated for a wide variety of purposes including guideline quality assessment, dissemination, and implementation.
