GEM Template

The GEM template is a well-formed and valid sample XML document, which contains all the GEM tags but no textual content.   This document may be used as a template to represent and model clinical practice guidelines in XML. Elements may be collapsed and re-expanded in the tree view displayed by the Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater web browser.  For general information on XML please visit the W3C web site.

The XML document can be edited using any text editor (Notepad, VIM, SlickEdit) or using a tree view/outline style XML editor, such as XML Spy.

The XML document conforms to the Document Type Definition described in the "DTD" section of this site.
